1. Wireless Data Transfer: Tightening torque and angle data are wirelessly transferred when the set torque is reached, with LED indications for visual feedback.



2. Real-Time Monitoring: Tightening torque and angle data are monitored in real-time and evaluated by the receiver unit (BV-2RF-PLC009). The results are displayed in the programmable PC software as pass/fail judgment output.



3. 100% Poka-yoke: This feature helps decrease tightening defects and controls human errors, ensuring consistent quality.



4. Dual Communication Receiver: Each receiver unit operates on radio frequency and can be connected to up to ten torque wrenches, transmitting real-time torque values into the computer software. Settings can be adjusted directly from the torque wrench or via a computer.



5. Advanced Software Settings: The software allows for program setup, sequence settings, and job templates creation. It enables the setting of large torque values with tolerance levels for accurate production processes.



6. Wireless Transmission Range: The wireless transmission range is up to 300 meters from a centralized location, supporting a maximum of 10 tools with one receiver. For PLC 24V input/output, signals for "Good/Not Good" judgment can be drawn for up to four torque wrenches on one receiver.



7. Interchangeable Head Type (SE Version 2.0): This feature ensures easy accessibility, allowing the torque wrench to be used with all types of rectangular end fittings or customized fittings.



8. In-built Data Memory: The tool has an in-built memory that stores up to 250 readings, allowing operators to cross-check torque values without needing to go back to the centralized PC each time. Each tool offers nine preset torque settings for frequently used values.



9. PLC Interface: The system can interface with a PLC to draw 24V pass (Good) or fail (Not Good) signals for up to four wrenches on one receiver. Job interlocking and sequence settings are also possible. Data communication can be transmitted into a PLC using a serial RS232 cable, and the receiver has an adjustable baud rate suitable for modern-day PLCs.



10. Unique Identification and Calibration: Each tool has a unique identification code and is supplied with an original manufacturer's traceable calibration certificate. The tools ensure high accuracy of +/- 1%, guaranteeing tightening precision. Easy online calibration can be performed using software for an additional cost.
